I removed the deletion request as i have improved the article. Maybe Lee Wang Pyo isn't famous to the American audience, but still he is very notorious in Korea and he is an important wrestler and fighter in Asia. He defeated the likes of Kurt Angle and Bob Sapp, he was praised even by Lou Thesz, he is the promoter of the top Korean pro wrestling organization and its babyface. This surely is notable.
