I believe that the band Leash Law is notable according to Wikipedia's music notability standards, specifically:
As per criteria 5, the band contains multiple members who were in other notable bands, namely Wade Black, a member in several notable bands, and Richard Christy, also in many notable bands. I have updated the article to directly reference particular bands for these members.
If this update is not enough, I believe I could find other references with a bit more digging.
