Organization

This is starting to look like a family tree, including non-notable people. The objective of this disambiguation page is to list and link to notable people named Leakey. --Ezeu 12:51, 29 January 2007 (UTC)

None of the leakey family listed there are not notable. They do not all yet have articles. Some are more notable than others that is true. Some are notable more by their connections to the notables, such as Frida. There are plenty of non-notable or not yet notable leakeys not listed there. Two of the notable leakeys turned out to be in the Leakey family, Rea and Nigel. As for Phil Leakey, I don't know either whether he is notable or in the Kenyan family. The utility of the page as a quasi-family-tree is accidental. It is not really a family tree, just a logical organization. It was there prior to my moving people around. What would you have us do, scatter them around again just because the accidental organization might be useful? Another possibility of course is to alphabetize. I vote for the logical organization on the grounds of its utility.Dave 04:41, 1 February 2007 (UTC)

The above link may be useless, but Rea Leakey does appear to warrant an article.[2] Clarityfiend (talk) 11:07, 9 January 2015 (UTC)
