After reading the References section, I'm beginning to wonder if this is legal for Wikipedia... If one were to put the original text written by Roberto Ruelas on Wikipedia, that would most likely be a copyright violation, but to translate it into English and put it on Wikipedia? There needs to be a separate page for the Municipality of León

In Mexico a municipality is the same as a county in the US. Some are thousands of square miles in size. It is a common mistake to think they are a city since in most other countries municipalities are cities. Many of the English pages have made the same mistake and combinded city and municipality pages, but municipalities have many cities and towns which are not part of the namesake cities. In this case it doens't share the same official name of León de los Aldamas. The municipality is only "León" officially. There are two maps on the side. One has a dot, which is the city.
