- I can't find any information anywhere but I think it's safe to assume that he did. Lawrence Wong is awfully private about his life for someone who's going to lead a country. His second wife is not even publicly known. So much for greater communication. I think it's obvious that it would be extremely bad optics on the PAP to make Singapore's fourth PM as someone who has never served NS, but even then no one knows.
