Historical Context: Precedence of Laws edit

Sorry to complicate things, but haven't you omitted one level of precedence (perhaps because it may seem obvious?).

This is the Constitution, which should be ranked number 1 in your list of precedence. This is of course normal for most countries. But what is unusual is that the Constitution includes the European Convention on Human Rights, even though Kosovo is not yet a party to the Convention, and places the ECHR in a position where it takes precedence over any laws enacted in Kosovo and even over other provisions of the Constitution. This means that the Constitutional Court can override a law passed by the Assembly, which is otherwise in accordance with the Constitution, if it finds that it is not in accord with the ECHR.
