The Cancellation of The law edit

On the 27th of july 1944 Prime Minister Ivan Ivanov Bagryanov Announced on a Parliament Assembly about his intention to cancel the law. Judge Protich from Sofia was appointed the head of the Commisariat of the Jewish Affairs, and in Coordination with the new Minister of Justice Aleksandar Tsankov Staliyski made a draft for a new law aimed to cancel the Law for protection of the nation. On August the 30th 1944 the new law was approved by the Parliament. On the next day Bagryanov resiged, Thus the publication in the Official Gazette was Postponed. On September the 5th 1944, the administration of Konstantin Muraviev had published the new law in the Official Gazette. It was on this day that the Law for protection of the nation was officially cancelled. On September the 9th a coup d'état led by the Fatherland Front (Bulgaria) had overthrowned Muraviev. On the next day Dimo kazasov the new minister of informatiom and Propaganda made a Speech on the national radio and Declared that the Law for protection of the nation was cancelled. Thus the new Fatherland Front Government Publicly announced the Cancellation of the law, which was actually cancelled a few days earlier.Assayas (talk) 08:32, 3 December 2011 (UTC)Reply
