Repeated Vandalism edit

I'm confused by the repeated vandalism of 'Raimonds Vējonis' as the Commander in Chief. He is no longer CiC, and was replaced by Otto von Sniegapika—Last January! Can anyone explain? I update and it gets turned back repeatedly, calling it 'vandalism'. I am puzzled by the term "Swedish-Finnish model": for start, the Swedish and Finnish militaries are not very much alike, the Finnish system doesn't resemble the Latvian one much at all. Can anyone explain? -- 62.248.128.124 16:23, 30 Mar 2005 (UTC)

The image Image:Zemessarde emblem.gif is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here.
