What the heck is the source of the data? The reported racial makeup of the county is:

• 99.21% non-visible minority (including self-reported Aboriginals)
• 0.00% Black
• 0.00% Asian
• 0.00% from other minority groups
• 0.00% from two or more minority groups

Where's the missing 0.79%?

This is probably rounding error. The values for the other groups were probably below 0.01% so they were rounded down. Darkcore 00:28, 22 Jan 2005 (UTC)

that would not be true when two decimal places are presented, but the data has been removed anyway (as unsourced, presumably). PKT (talk) 19:11, 28 January 2008 (UTC)

What about the people?

Enough (quite enough) about the flora and fauna. How about people? Who lived there? Who lives there now? What do they do today? When did old townships turn into Subdivisions (a better word is municipalities)?

Orphaned references in Lanark County

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Lanark County's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.
