The acronym LAHDA edit

What does LAHDA stand for? Google has been unhelpful. -- Jack of Oz [pleasantries] 21:49, 18 June 2022 (UTC)Reply

Also, I've seen it mainly written as "Lahda", rather than "LAHDA". Maybe it's not an acronym at all. I'm suspecting it's the Russian word Лада (Lada), romanized as Lah-da to stop people saying Lay-da. Лада means "harmony, concord", and also a stop (organ) or fret (guitar). That's gotta be it. -- Jack of Oz [pleasantries] 22:50, 19 June 2022 (UTC)Reply
Moved accordingly. -- Jack of Oz [pleasantries] 05:08, 20 June 2022 (UTC)Reply
"As the London Observer explained, LAHDA is "a ‘portmanteau’ word, which combines the meanings of harmony, beauty, and sound" Richard Rosing 16:23, 3 August 2023 (UTC) Richard Rosing 16:23, 3 August 2023 (UTC)
