From google maps I see that a small village named Santa Catalina, at -21.811188;-66.209106, should be the northernmost point of the country, isn't that true ?

I think the honor is going to the northernmost "city", and Santa Catalina evidently doesnt qualify as a city.—Soap— 00:44, 7 October 2011 (UTC)Reply
