Lakeith vs. LaKeith edit

Should we not name the page "LaKeith Stanfield" instead of the lowercase k? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2600:1007:B105:B810:491C:1440:9C8B:9F27 (talk) 00:44, 8 November 2021 (UTC)Reply

Lakeith StanfieldLaKeith Stanfield – To accord capitalization with rest of article, IMDb, Netflix, Rotten Tomatoes, Yahoo & subject's own social media accounts. I can't make the move, as the target title already exists as a redirect to the current article. • The references are not consistent in the capitalization. — Ceso femmuin mbolgaig mbung, mellohi! (投稿) 20:46, 17 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
    • That's as may be. The article should display internal consistency, and right now it does - with the exception of the title. —Ekaterina Colclough (talk) 22:41, 17 August 2022 (UTC)Reply

Support. Plenty of entertainment outlets (Variety, GQ, EQ, Daily Mail) use LaKeith. Some reputable sources (NY Times in 2018, Guardian in 2021) use Lakeith though. Also question are there other Wiki articles where the subject has a similar capitalization? Fredlesaltique (talk) 14:41, 19 August 2022 (UTC)Reply

  • Support per nom.--Ortizesp (talk) 22:08, 24 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
  • Support while many sources may have the k lowercase, I see that most reliable sources (including subject's social media and film credits) use the capitalization.Yeoutie (talk) 22:46, 25 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
