3402 Boiler Pressure edit

The infobox has, well, it used to have:

No. 3402 built with 300 psi (2.1 MPa)

What is the evidence for this? If 3402 had entered, and run in, service with a red line at '300' on the pressure gauge, we'd surely have heard about it by now. 86.181.177.63 (talk) 17:30, 6 February 2012 (UTC)Reply

New build V4 (3403) name edit

Hello, I was having a look through this page and the applicable a1steam.com page discussing the planned future construction of a V4. I notice that on their website the name is not published, however in this Youtube Video, the name is shown to be 'ANON'. Is that an error of some sort, or has the name been internally/unofficially decided? I realise this is a very very small concern, however. Regards, 747-200B (talk) 16:58, 25 July 2020 (UTC)Reply

First, WP:NOTFORUM. That aside, anon can be "an abbreviation for an anonymous person, the state of an individual's personal identity, or personally identifiable information, being publicly unknown". Of the two original V4s, only one was named (no. 3401/1700/61700 Bantam Cock) - the other, no. 3402/1701/61701 was never named, it can therefore be described as anonymous. --Redrose64 🌹 (talk) 16:25, 26 July 2020 (UTC)Reply

Great grate confusion edit

The article gives two values for grate area, 27.5 and 28.5. Neither is cited. I believe that 28.5 is correct. 86.142.118.46 (talk) 00:37, 9 September 2021 (UTC)Reply

  Done, 28.5 sq ft. --Redrose64 🌹 (talk) 13:42, 9 September 2021 (UTC)Reply
