Yes kulhaiya is Ashraf, because of taslimuddin saheb kulhaiya come under obc,and due to backward reasons government of Bihar gives ebc reservation.i belongs to kulhaiya family,my father's grandpa name is Sheikh Zulfiqar ali,not all but some khandani kulhaiya think they are original Sheikh in seemanchal/Bihar. 2409:408A:2BB0:1E0D:A974:4A05:EED3:A554 (talk) 07:43, 7 April 2024 (UTC)Reply
