January 2018 Update regarding References and Citations edit

This article has dead references and broken archives.
The breaks are in three categories.

1. Cites an original online external source (broken) and an archive, but the archive goes to a non-specific archived landing index page. This includes citations:

♦ 13 "Red Dwarf Series II Aftermath".

2. Cites an original online external source (broken) and an archive, but the archiving site returns a message stating there is no archive for that page. This includes citations:

♦ 7 "Red Dwarf Series II Casting"
♦ 10 "Red Dwarf Series II Music"
♦ 16 "Remasters of the Universe"
♦ 17 "Red Dwarf Series I Remastering".

3. Cites an original online external source but no archive, and the original source is missing (website or webpage no longer exists in the cited location). This includes citation:
♦ 12 "BBC Programme Catalogue — RED DWARF -".

I have appended a {Citations broken} tag as described by Template:Citations broken for the article as the broken citations span multiple sections and make up nearly half of the article's reference list.
