Levels? edit
Can we get a list of levels for this game? If I remember correctly there were 4 sets of levels with one boss stage at the end of each set of level. The bosses were these tribal heads on a spear with the number of heads increasing as the level set's number increases.

Coins edit
There is no mention of the coins you collect. I thought this game was a conversion of an arcade game, but if it wasn't it should be mentioned that the game is designed in an arcade style.
