This article seems highly complimentary to the point of sounding like a CV. I am not familiar with the individual or the field, but it seems like there may be an NPOV issue. chrylis (talk) 03:55, 27 August 2008 (UTC)

There may be a hagiographic word or two, but the material seems pretty well sourced. What your complaint about the spelling or grammar is, I have no idea. There are some minor punctuation errors and WP:STYLE issues I didn't have time to correct. As for the sourcing, that's why I tagged it NPOV and not autobiography; it sounds like there may be more to the story, but everything that is said seems to be reasonably accurate. --chrylis (talk) 16:07, 27 August 2008 (UTC)

I agree that there were some hagiographic clauses; I have removed them. I hope this takes care of the NPOV dispute, as the rest of the material seems very well sourced (and the topic is relevant to Alzheimer's research and is worthy).

I made a couple of punctuation changes. Other than that, I cannot find anything that would warrant the copy editing tag. I've certainly spent a lot of time correcting glaring style mistakes all over Wikipedia; this article's offenses (if any) don't seem to warrant a tag that seems to call the whole article into question, as it's difficult to argue that it's not at least clear. I deleted a paragraph added by Truthsiani that was about someone named Dr. Berger that was unsourced and didn't belong on the Davis page. Perhaps someone should create a page for Dr. Berger? Patricia Meadows (talk) 13:04, 23 October 2008 (UTC)
