removal of cits

edit

Hey, @Rutsq, you removed a lot of citations with no explanation? Valereee (talk) 00:16, 21 November 2022 (UTC)Reply

I moved some, deleted very few. I added a note at the top of the list of films. Rutsq (talk) 00:28, 21 November 2022 (UTC)Reply
But why delete any? Or move them out of the section? Without explanation in edit summaries? Valereee (talk) 00:32, 21 November 2022 (UTC)Reply
It looks like you aren't using edit summaries much. Please start using edit summaries, it's absolutely helpful to other editors. Edit summaries are as important as the edits themselves. Valereee (talk) 00:36, 21 November 2022 (UTC)Reply
I'll be better about summaries!
When we have good citations for a film like Deadline, it does the reader no favor to continue to provide a citation to a generic profile that happens to mention that film. The more we add material and citations, the less we should be referring to something genetic like the "resumes" found at the Enterprise Fund and Filmmaker of the Month. Oh, so you're removing only those that are unneeded because there's been a better one added, so it duplicates without adding? That's fine. :) Thanks re: using edit summaries. It really does save other people a lot of work. :) Valereee (talk) 12:24, 21 November 2022 (UTC)Reply

Date of Birth and image with attribution found at imdb

Editor assistance request. I have not tried to edit this topic myself since I have not done the attributions within curly parentheses and don't want to break what's already there. I found an image of the subject on IMDb with a photo by Sandy Choi:

Also, the IMDb article states that Katy's date of birth is 11 October 1968 in the USA.
