Yes, this thing, what little of it there is, reads like a promo-piece written by a PR hack. Uninspired, cardboard-like, and not very helpful in creating a portrait of the artist. Can someone infuse some reality in here? She grew up in xxyy, she plays badminton and the sousaphone. She learned to write at the xxyyzz workshop, that kind of thing.
