Austrian, American, both?

What are the guidelines in that respect? He moved to the US late in life and then later also became American citizen. Most of his life, and perhaps most of his research, was in Austria. Is this really best described as "American of Austrian origins"? Also, in the small box on the right, what are the guidelines?Elephas (talk)

Life of his father

according to the german Wiki his father lived 58 years.

Landsteiner’s father, Leopold (1818–1875), a renowned Viennese journalist who was editor-in-chief of Die Presse, died at age 56, when Karl was only 6

About the importance

The physiology WikiProject regarded it of low importance, which is unacceptable because Karl Landsteiner has been considered to be the father of transfusion medicine, developed the modern system of classification of blood groups and received the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine.--RekishiEJ (talk) 10:28, 6 June 2019 (UTC)
