Removal of maintenance template edit
I restored the tag {{refimprove|date=October 2016}} as the issues has not been addressed. Please let me know if there are any concerns. K.e.coffman (talk) 05:46, 19 October 2016 (UTC)
- I restored the template, again. The article contains 11 paragraphs, 9 of which are uncited. The reverting editor states that ""article mostly covered. unnecessary" but I don't see how. K.e.coffman (talk) 18:52, 20 October 2016 (UTC)
Second removal of maintenance templates edit
Maintenance templates should not be removed diff until the issue is addressed. Please see:

Recent edit edit
I partially reverted recent edits diff. The reason to do this was to remove the uncited material that has previously been challenged.
The recent editing has made it difficult to separate content building edits from restoration of the uncited material and removal of maintenance tag. The first edit restored uncited material and removed the maintenance tags: diff. (By the way "reverted back to my last edit" is not a sufficient justification to a revert and brings to mind WP:OWN).
Subsequent edits (diff) provided some citations, but did not restore the tag and did not remove the uncited material either.
I've done my best to separate the two, and bring back a more acceptable version of the article, with the maintenance tags. Please also see above for two notices about the removal of the maint tag. K.e.coffman (talk) 22:24, 21 February 2017 (UTC)
