Contentious topic sanctions can include blocks, topic-bans, or other restrictions.
Editors may report violations of these restrictions to the Arbitration enforcement noticeboard.

An image used in this article, File:Governate of Toulkarem.png, has been nominated for speedy deletion at Wikimedia Commons for the following reason: Copyright violations

What should I do?

Don't panic; deletions can take a little longer at Commons than they do on Wikipedia. This gives you an opportunity to contest the deletion (although please review Commons guidelines before doing so). The best way to contest this form of deletion is by posting on the image talk page.

If the image is non-free then you may need to upload it to Wikipedia (Commons does not allow fair use)
If the image isn't freely licensed and there is no fair use rationale then it cannot be uploaded or used.
If the image has already been deleted you may want to try Commons Undeletion Request

1931 mix up edit

there is a mix up between this place, Ghabat Kafr Sur and Bayyarat Hannun...Im not quite sure which date goes where, but presently it is wrong: the same data is both here and in Ghabat Kafr Sur...Huldra (talk) 22:54, 29 October 2017 (UTC)Reply

Btw, the Pal.rem site also have them mixed up, that is, the same data both for this place and Ghabat Kafr Sur...Huldra (talk) 22:56, 29 October 2017 (UTC)Reply

I suspect the 1931 data belong here...and Bayyarat Hannun, not in the Ghabat Kafr Sur article..Comments, anyone? Huldra (talk) 23:10, 29 October 2017 (UTC)Reply
