Moving pages edit

The KDFC call sign is legally assigned to the station in Angwin, CA. This frequency is still officially KUSF. Therefore, I did a little moving around. 90.3 FM in San Francisco is now a new article, called KUSF (FM), to minimize confusion with the old KUSF article. The old KUSF was moved to KUSF (defunct), since there is quite a bit there in regard to it. KUSF is now a disambiguation page. Seems to be the best way to work out this rather confusing situation, and I hope it's acceptable to everyone.--Fightingirish (talk) 16:43, 5 December 2011 (UTC)Reply

Transmitter location for 90.3 frequency of KDFC edit

The article doesn't provide the location of the transmitter for 90.3 MHz for KDFC. I wanted to know because I listen on my car radio, and transmitter location affects where I can hope to receive it. Here's my answer: Sausalito, CA, on Mount Beacon, which is reached via Wolfback Ridge Road. I was able to definitely establish this using these websites:
the station's "Story of" page; this location became effective again in 2012
FCC database
radio-locator.com
Google maps

I don't think I can put that location into the article yet, under Wikipedia's "original research" rule. Does someone have a published source that could be cited? Is there some other workaround? Oaklandguy (talk) 19:17, 21 October 2017 (UTC)Reply
