Expect prose-related comments within a week, probably sooner. I'll give my others now. Tezero (talk) 01:23, 8 December 2014 (UTC)Reply

Good Article review progress box
Criteria: 1a. prose ( ) 1b. MoS ( ) 2a. ref layout ( ) 2b. cites WP:RS ( ) 2c. no WP:OR ( ) 2d. no WP:CV ( )
3a. broadness ( ) 3b. focus ( ) 4. neutral ( ) 5. stable ( ) 6a. free or tagged images ( ) 6b. pics relevant ( )
Note: this represents where the article stands relative to the Good Article criteria. Criteria marked   are unassessed
  • The image of the villain is considered too large per the screenshot fair-use guide; shrink it to ≤100,000 total pixels.
  • Done. Jaguar 15:46, 11 December 2014 (UTC)Reply
  • Gameplay could probably be expanded a bit, since the reader can't reasonably be expected to read the original Jumping Flash's Gameplay section unless they're specifically interested in that
  • You're right, I have expanded the gameplay section so it's less reliant on its predecessor. Jaguar 15:46, 11 December 2014 (UTC)Reply
  • Avoid review scores in the prose of Reception; try to replace with more in-depth prose and quotes
  • I've expanded and elaborated on some of the reviewer's prose, but I have left in the quote "respectively giving the game a score of four out of five stars" as I think this increases the flow of the prose. I could remove this if you want though, it's not a big deal? Jaguar 18:09, 14 December 2014 (UTC)Reply
  • I don't mind them being there so much as them being a replacement for information not contained in the review table. Looks like you've sufficiently improved that. Tezero (talk) 18:16, 14 December 2014 (UTC)Reply
  • Beef up the FURs (esp. no "N/A" sections) if you're planning on FACing
  • IMDb isn't a reliable source
  • Replaced. Jaguar 15:46, 11 December 2014 (UTC)Reply
  • Suggest finding something other than Allgame, as it's going down in a few days and all archiving attempts have failed
  • Oh dear. @Tezero:? It's going down tomorrow, has anyone found a way to archive them somehow? Both Jumping Flash! articles are heavily reliant on the Allgame reviews and there would be a big loss of content if the links can't be salvaged. This is worse than ONM :( Jaguar 15:46, 11 December 2014 (UTC)Reply
  • Jaguar, see if webcitation.org works. It didn't for me earlier, but hey. If not, try one of these. If those sites don't work, try using them to archive the Wayback Machine version of the page. I guess if all else fails, save the sites as HTML files (basically by right-clicking anywhere on the page and hitting Save As) in case uploading an old saved version of a site becomes recognized as reliable at some point. Tezero (talk) 16:14, 11 December 2014 (UTC)Reply
  • Webcitation.org didn't work, so I had to save the sites as HTML files. I think I'll have to upload them somehow in order to put them into the article. Jaguar 18:12, 14 December 2014 (UTC)Reply
  • Suggest linking work names in References and adding publisher names, though probably not required
  • Done. Jaguar 15:59, 11 December 2014 (UTC)Reply
  • Don't give anything in the lead that won't appear later; talk about the PS3/PSP release in the article body (Development would work, or start a new section if there's enough to talk about). Also, citations are discouraged in the lead per MoS except for controversial information
  • Sorted. Renamed the development section to "development and release" to include the PS3 re-release info. Also reorganised the lead. Like its predecessor, I don't have much information on the development on this game so let me know if you need anything expanding. Jaguar 18:17, 14 December 2014 (UTC)Reply
  • "It has since been re-released" - I know this is about Jumping Flash! 2, but be explicit so the reader doesn't assume Robbit Mon Dieu
  • Moved the re-release information to the first paragraph to avoid confusion (it looks better there). Jaguar 18:48, 11 December 2014 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for your review, Tezero. I read it 2 AM last night but was too tired to respond then, so I'll handle this today. Jaguar 15:35, 8 December 2014 (UTC)Reply

Hey, Jaguar, still planning on finishing? Tezero (talk) 17:46, 14 December 2014 (UTC)Reply
Oh yeah, sorry it's just that I have been so busy outside of Wikipedia lately. Just had a eleven hour sleep (and missed all daylight) so now I have the energy on finishing this now. Jaguar 17:50, 14 December 2014 (UTC)Reply

@Tezero: I think all should be done now. I have made various changes to the article, and am not sure if I am ready to FAC this yet (I'm definitely going to focus on the first Jumping Flash! before I do anything else). I have removed all scores in the reception section (save one) and expanded the prose. I'm ready for the review to continue when you are, so please let me know if you want anything expanding or improved. The one last thing I'm worried about are the AllGame links, I have saved them as HTML files but I don't know if they can be used on Wikipedia. Pain. Jaguar 18:17, 14 December 2014 (UTC)Reply

We can probably let them go dead for now while the archiving sites get their acts together, Jaguar. In the meantime, I'll just pass this; I don't think the Allgame information is crucial anyway. Tezero (talk) 18:22, 14 December 2014 (UTC)Reply
Thanks for the review Tezero! Really appreciate it. I am slowly achieving my goal of bringing every cool 90s game up to GA! Jaguar 18:24, 14 December 2014 (UTC)Reply
