No speedy deletion edit

I do not believe this counts as advertising. Jott has been mentioned in the external links of the Twitter page for almost a month, it is an up-and-coming site, and of course, I have nothing to do with it besides the fact that I am a user. Mashable recently reported that Jott raised $5.4M in funding. I believe it might be referenced and reported on more often in the future.

This should be marked that it reads as an advertisement —Preceding unsigned comment added by 134.173.90.191 (talk) 10:32, 6 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

I expanded the description of Jott slightly based on some experimentation with it, and reading its help text. Epylar (talk) 00:12, 5 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

Resurgence in June 2015? edit

There seems to be a lot of chatter back in June 2015, with several news outlets reporting that a lot of teenagers are using it:

If this is the same Jott, we probably need to add a new section to the page... — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ronaldb64 (talkcontribs) 14:30, 20 February 2017 (UTC)Reply

Website link edit

I am unsure whether to delete the jott.com link. The article states that it is defunct and also the current jott website is about a messaging app. I am, however, unsure whether it is run by the same company that owned the original jott service. Perhaps an editor who has access to a relevant resource could do the edit. Darwin Naz (talk) 22:15, 5 April 2019 (UTC)Reply
