This architect is one of the most famous Ukrainian architects. Unfortunately there are not many English references yet, but I am trying to improve it. One architect at a time... To understand significance of this person one can simply type in Google his name (in Russian) "Иосиф Каракис" and see how many results will come up. There even more (many hunderds) references from Russian search engine "yandex.ru'. Please help improving this page and let's not stop at this architect. There are so many others that would be interesting for English speaking population. Thank you.
