Cleanup, notability, and cut material

Just gave the article a tidy, and chopped a whole section on the grounds that it's not in English. Perhaps a Maltese reader can determine whether it's worth translating and reincorporating, assuming a third-party cite can be found. See below.

infobox honourable

Shouldn't his infobox say he is The Honourable, as Muscat's does? Does the honorific apply to former MPs? (Presumably it does, but I want to tread lightly in areas I'm not very conversant with). Bazuz (talk) 11:51, 29 August 2012 (UTC)

No, in Malta "Honorable" is a title used only for sitting MPs. It does not apply to MEPs.
