Does not meet WP:SOLDIER & sig RS coverage not found link. Bremm was nominated for Swords, but the nomination was never processed. No de.Wiki article.
I'm proposing that the article be redirected to an alphabetical list. Please also see a note at MilHist Talk Archives for background behind the suggested redirect. K.e.coffman (talk) 05:35, 2 January 2017 (UTC)Reply
Sorry, no. As a holder of the Swords to the Oak Leaves and Knight's Cross, deleting him on the grounds that he doesn't meet WP:Soldier is not good judgement. For a start, he meetings the criteria of "highest award for valour". The Knight'Cross being the highest award, and the Swords being the third highest grade of that award by wars end.
It is also worrying that you're using google as a kind of oracle. We don't defer to a search engine for advice on whether an army officer is a legitimate entry on Wikipedia or not.
My interests are predominantly in the air war, but even I have found a lot of coverage in books about the campaigns he fought in and the impact he had on ground battles/operations. Dapi89 (talk) 10:44, 2 January 2017 (UTC)Reply
In fact he meets 1, 2 4 and 5 of that criteria list. Dapi89 (talk) 10:47, 2 January 2017 (UTC)Reply
The article states "Bremm was never officially awarded the Swords to his Knight's Cross" -- so how can be "a holder of the Swords to the Oak Leaves and Knight's Cross"? K.e.coffman (talk) 05:40, 4 January 2017 (UTC)Reply
