This article is unfortunately nowhere close to the GA criteria. The primary source for this article is an 1877 (!) biography, which is clearly rather partisan as it calls Linares "our hero" on page 12, and takes a thoroughly non-academic, conversational tone to the writing. This means that the majority of this article is cited to an unreliable source which does not meet WP:OLDSOURCES or WP:QUESTIONABLE. As this is not fixable within the bounds of a GA review, I will quickfail the nomination per criteria 1, and leave you to work on this major issue. ~~ AirshipJungleman29 (talk) 05:00, 11 March 2024 (UTC)Reply
