- Jorge Hernandez (soccer) → Jorge Hernandez (soccer, born 2000)
- Jorge Daniel Hernández → Jorge Hernandez (footballer, born 1989)
- Jorge Hernández Diéguez → Jorge Hernandez (footballer, born 1992)
– WP:COMMONNAME for all these footballers is just Jorge Hernandez without maternal surname or middle names, and there is no WP:PRIMARYTOPIC. Disambiguate to standard at WP:NCSP since nationalities overlap. Ortizesp (talk) 03:12, 21 May 2021 (UTC)
- Support all we shouldn't be disambiguating by maternal surnames, and this is a proper way to do disambiguation. Note that (footballer) and (soccer) are not enough to disambiguate, which is why the second one is needed. Joseph2302 (talk) 09:02, 21 May 2021 (UTC)
