rwall incident: Jordan Hubbard might not have received a personal message from the Inspector General of ARPAnet edit

There's a comment under a recent Computerphile video about the rwall incident claiming to be Jordan Hubbard saying that he "did not, however, get a personal message from Dennis Perry (the inspector general of the ARPANET)". Of course, there's no way to prove that it's him.

The article currently reads: "Even though the command was terminated, it resulted in Hubbard receiving 743 messages and complaints, including one from the Inspector General of ARPAnet." If that YouTube comment is to be believed, this is wrong. The source that this claim is attributed to doesn't actually say this either. It says: "One of the people who received my message was Dennis Perry, the Inspector General of the ARPAnet (in the Pentagon), and he wasn't exactly pleased." Meaning, the Inspector General of ARPAnet received the message from Hubbard, but he did not send Hubbard a personal message.

Can we trust this comment? Should this be changed?
