Thanks to Marblespire for doing some work on this page; I haven't had a chance to get back and really go through this page until now, and you saved me a lot of time. One thing I wanted to toss out there: I can't find my Plains of Passage book just now, but I'm pretty sure that Jerika's people's territory was never specified beyond 'to the east' or something like that. Given the fact that we're talking about the Ice Age (and not the little one, either), I highly doubt that Jerika is actually from China. The distances are a little too prohibitive overland, and sea travel even more so. Can you double-check that for me? I've checked in Shelters and I only find reference to the shape of her eyes, so the reference to where her people are from must be in Plains. Ladyeternal 12:58, 8 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

Actually, Marblespire, my apologies: you were right. I found my copy of Plains, and, while there is no mention of specific territory, Jerika's parents were from Eastern Asia. Ladyeternal 03:05, 13 June 2006 (UTC)Reply
