Image:Johnny Zacchara Promotional Pic.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Kate/Connie's name

Enough with the reverts. Please discuss here instead. Infobox standards suggest the commonname to be listed in the infobox to avoid clutter. That would be Kate Howard. If there is consensus to use Connie, I don't see how "Connie Zaccharra" can exist - the person legally changed her name to Kate Howard. Connie referring to herself as Mrs. Zacchara, etc. is a current in-universe aspect, and unnecessary distinction for the infobox. I also trust AniMate's revert, as an admin. My vandalism comment was due to the fact this is a repeated issue, without edit summaries, and disruptive. Kelly Marie 0812 (talk) 04:35, 23 November 2012 (UTC)
