I've removed the footnote tag

I've removed the footnote template and pointed out inside the single reference itself — Highfill, Philip Jr, Burnim, Kalman A., and Langhans, Edward (1973–93), Biographical Dictionary of Actors, Actresses, Musicians, Dancers, Managers and Other Stage Personnel in London, 1660–1800 — that all the information comes from the "Verbruggen, John" article in it. A requirement for "inline" references doesn't make sense in such a case. Where would one even put the footnote? Repeat it at the end of each paragraph? Quite unhelpful.

And just in case somebody wants to add a tag to reprove the lack of a page reference: no, there isn't a page reference for where in the biographical dictionary the Verbruggen article is; but then that isn't needed (or per MLA even desirable) for an alphabetical work such as a biographical dictionary. (I'm not trying to be difficult here — I know the page reference issue often leads to unprofitable arguments, which I don't enjoy more than anybody else. I would put in the unneeded page range if I could, just to keep everybody happy, but my library has lost the relevant volume. :-() Bishonen | talk 12:16, 30 January 2013 (UTC).
