Thank you for adding references to the #Memberships and Honors section, Hans-Jürgen Hübner. However, I'm inclined to agree with Rhode Island Red that professional memberships are routine details of an academic CV and too trivial to include in an encyclopaedia article. It would be different if he was an elected or appointed fellow of a society, but generally simply joining one as a member is just a matter of remembering to pay your dues every year. And while I can't cite any guideline that backs up not including them, I can't recall ever seeing a high-quality academic biography here on the English Wikipedia that does – can you? – Joe (talk) 19:38, 24 November 2017 (UTC)Reply
