Whoever wrote this entry just did a cut and paste job from this site. Needs some more research.Konczewski 21:12, 28 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

Okay, tweaked it a little, but still needs work. Anybody familiar with this gentleman's work?Konczewski 21:26, 28 July 2006 (UTC)Reply
1.) I wrote it, and 2.) it was not a cut and paste job. All the references for this article are listed at the bottom of the page and they all provided basically the same information, this information was then compiled in a form that made sense. Next time do a little research. The article has been reverted to its previous form. Look at the incomplete quote on the site you linked, then look at the quote on this page. --Basique 23:26, 28 July 2006 (UTC)Reply
Actually, I did do some research, and I still think your entry is pretty close to what's on the site I referred to. I apologize if you think I was impuning your efforts; that was not my intention. BTW, you may want to keep the info on what Mr. Faucette died of (heart attack) and the month of death (January); I found those details while researching. Konczewski 03:01, 29 July 2006 (UTC)Reply
Thanks I'll re-add that. --Basique 03:35, 29 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

I'm not sure how this might help, but... I've been reading SF since around 1970; one of the first books I ever read was Crown of Infinity; it remains to this day the best example of (good) Space Opera I've ever read. I managed to have a short e-mail conversation with him circa 2000, and he stated that he had an unpublished work that was in the same sequence as "Crown of Infinity", and that he had several rejected short stories in the sequence also. I wasn't aware that he was Black until that time, when he inferred that he was mainly unpublished due to his skin color. To have a Author I would rank in the same class as Harrison, Weber & Bujold unpublished for this reason is, to me, unbelievable.Paganize (talk) 10:31, 22 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

Noticed there was some weird gibberish at the end of the first paragraph (of intec beings of sociey), so I removed it. I checked, and it wasn't part of the original sentence. Once I got started, I wound up tidying it up a bit. Nothing drastic. Steve Lowther (talk) 03:57, 11 June 2008 (UTC)Reply
