Character edit
It would be very nice to give a picture of his character, and some of the anecdotes about him, if one could only reference them. For example, he saw a marine, who was meant to be polishing a gun, idly leaning against it, and took up the same pose behind him, saying "Break off, Jack, I'm taking the strain". I also heard a first=hand account of his masterly dealing with the Invergordon mutineers. Can anyone help? The Fleet loved him. Seadowns (talk) 23:26, 8 August 2018 (UTC)
