Of British birth?
editSo he was born in Luton. Does that mean he had English parents who emigrated to the USA or were his parents Americans who were living in UK at the time? 81.129.201.153 (talk) 15:19, 19 May 2014 (UTC)

editHis father was an American deployed to England during WW2. He met his mother there and married her. She gave birth in a wartime hospital in Luton, which has since become a bakery.
