Place of death edit

This article says he died in 'Caister' but then links that to Caister-on-Sea. It is not clear if there is a specific source for a death in that seaside resort, or whether this is the result of a redir optimisation too far. If he actually died at Caister Castle, then that is in West Caister not Caister-on-Sea. -- Chris j wood 19:11, 8 January 2006 (UTC)Reply

Unfamiliar word edit

What does "minishing" mean (as in "through minishing the garrisons")? Clarityfiend 01:25, 4 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

Connection, if any, with Sir John Oldcastle edit

Both Fastolf and Sir John Oldcastle were said to be models for Falstaff. They both lived around the same time (both being said to be born in 1378).

They were different people, right? Not the same guy who sometimes went under different names? -- Jack of Oz ... speak! ... 05:55, 11 July 2010 (UTC)Reply
