SM 3357 edit
Dear Sir, I have a major query about the above Reference, I've lived at Glenalla Farm, Ayrshire. KA19 7QH. For over 17 years now. This SM3357 is just off my property, and the first 10 - 12 years someone from Scottish Natural History, came around every years to check on this site...
At present I have 3 Windfarm all in the planning around me. The one closest to this site is Knockcronal Windfarm. On there Scoping Report that state this site is only a medieval site with 9 uninteresting mounts... this is also commented by the newly formed Scotland Scotland Environment History Unit. But I've been told by both the people from SNH and the previous owner, that this is a Prehistoric site. They also said if I wish more details I should read the book "Prehistoric Man in Ayrshire " written by Rev John Smith in 1895, and a couple of other book referring to this book... Luckily the Previous Owner had several photocopies of the Books preferring to this site,
Which refers to this site as the "Turf Village", which states is Pre - Celtic possible in the Druids or Pits Era, a very important site possible a site relating the the earliest people of Scotland !!!...
Can you please advise me with your Expert Knowledge, which one of these are correct before this Windfarm start building...
