When I came upon this article in 2011, I read, "which will be released in June, 2007. Not a lot of eyeballs here, I guess. Near as I can tell, it came out in 2008, though that may have been the paperback. Will check further.Ragityman (talk) 11:08, 23 March 2011 (UTC)Reply
