This article is in dispute for speedy deletion. Jennifer Mankoff is an extremely well known computer scientist, human-computer interaction researcher, and professor at Carnegie Mellon University. She is a recipient of the highly prestigious Sloan and IBM fellowships. The standards delineated at WP:PROF are met. CMU is the top university in CS, and the HCI institute is the top research institute in HCI. Thus, in addition to her own professional merits, her association with these institutions makes her noteworthy. The article itself is still being developed and does need to be expanded.

There is incorrect information on this page. Jen Mankoff was not advised by Raymond Scott Hudson.
He is a professor of electrical engineering and computer science at Washington State University. Hudson was educated at Caltech, where he received his bachelor's degree in engineering and applied science in 1985, his master's degree in electrical engineering in 1986, and his PhD in electrical engineering in 1990. His research interests include radar imaging, optical signal processing, and radar astronomy.
From August 19 to 22 of 1989, Hudson and Steven Ostro observed asteroid 4769 Castalia from the Arecibo Observatory, producing the first direct image of an asteroid. 5723 Hudson was named in his honour.
