Gureombi Rocks

Gureombi Rocks (구럼비 바위) is a made-up word by the anti-Naval base protesters, and has no historical record of people called it that way. It isn't a popular sight-seeing attraction and is a common rock that anyone can find along the coast of Jeju island. The name comes from a Jeju native tree, Gureombi(구럼비 or ko:까마귀쪽나무 and subgenus of Lauraceae family), and protesters started to call the rock that way supposedly there were lots of Gureombi trees near the rock. Concerning Excised Section

I deleted the following paragraph.

This has sparked an ongoing controversy under the conservative Lee Myung-bak government. Yet, most South Koreans do not support the protesters, rejecting their cause as a case of either NIMBYism or "a politically motivated agenda driven by leftist activists and opposition party members."

The issues with this section are numerous. In the first place it's obviously out-of-date, as the Lee Myung-bak government has been out of power for some time. In the second place, the citation is dubious. It's referencing a 2013 article that is itself referencing a 2009 academic paper. There is no possible way the paper could be discussing protests regarding the ongoing construction of the base (as the article implies) because construction on the base did not begin until several months after the paper was published. A statement as broad as "most South Koreans do not support the protestors" must be backed up by some sort of statistical evidence. Incomplete Name

I'm curious why this does not list the full name of the port, the "Jeju Civilian-Military Complex Port for Beautiful Tourism"? It's there in both the Korean and Hanja, but untranslated in the article. The name should be corrected so other elements (which I don't have time to write but will if I get a moment) like the Sunrise-Sunset Road and the Dive School can be added. I migrated to the correct name. It might be necessary to separate this into two pages, the Jeju Naval Base and the Civil-Military complex port, because the base is only one part of this area which includes the fishing terminal, the dive school, the commercial port, and the cruise ship terminal.
