Anyone know where to get some nice references or sources on her?--Star-in-law (talk) 07:04, 10 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

There was a biography made of her in 1970 "Mrs Howard Hughes" by Raymond Strait which is now out of print but should be able to order it from your library or get it second hand. This web bio is also really good but I'm not sure we're allowed to cite that. Gustav von Humpelschmumpel (talk) 15:55, 11 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

Max from beyond the grave edit

"Showalter told in a 2004 interview..."

That would be a neat trick, since he died in 2000. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.35.81.205 (talk) 12:58, 27 November 2011 (UTC)Reply

Robinson? Who's this Robinson person? edit

"As her agent, Robinson accompanied her to Hollywood, and helped her secure a seven-year contract with Fox." Wondering what Robinson's first name was, I searched the page for another mention, and found none. Anyone know how to find out? (Sorry, I don't. I was just passing through.) 76.236.220.28 (talk) 21:55, 12 December 2021 (UTC)Reply

I think it was a man named Paul Robinson. This was relayed in the following comment by someone purporting to be Paul's son: https://www.altfg.com/film/howard-hughes/. I also see test from a possible previous iteration of the wiki: "Sponsored by photographer Paul Robinson, she was awarded the grand prize of a screen test with 20th Century-Fox. Robinson became Peters' agent and he accompanied her to Hollywood, securing her a seven-year contract with Fox." I found that text here: http://tellytalk.net/threads/jean-peters-hollywoods-down-to-earth-actress.10739/ 204.196.150.10 (talk) 20:55, 15 December 2022 (UTC)Reply
