Neutrality of political information edit

The section "Ministerial career" reads like a glowing endorsement of this minister, uncritically presenting press talking points as fact. This article is in need of more critical and careful evaluation of his successes and failures. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 27.106.1.155 (talk) 05:43, 5 October 2020 (UTC)Reply

Efforts have been made from my side to remove "POLITICALLY MOTIVATED" or "NON-NEUTRAL" information. I was expecting you to please check the page and decide whether the neutrality flag can now be removed or not. Ashwanikm190805 (talk) 17:43, 13 March 2021 (UTC)Reply

Establishing neutrality of the Page about this political figure. edit

Taking in record, observations by some Wikipedians that the page was not presenting neutral information, I have tried to make some efforts in neutralizing it for the greater benefit of the reader by removing politically motivated information and achievements, awards earned in University/school, etc. Some content may still not be "neutral" recommendations are invited, if any point is missing please let me know. To remove large chunk of content just because it "is already covered in the info box" is inappropriate. It is necessary to explain infobox content in article body. Overall, the article may need some copy editing but no mass content removal. Aman Kumar Goel (Talk) 04:02, 14 March 2021 (UTC)Reply

Information like he being an "investment fund manager and management consultant" or about awards he won as a "college student" or that he represented his school in various "quizzes and debates" is just an attempt to glorify his image and present him as a "great politician" something a biographical page should not have it should represent only neutral and unbiased info. Moreover the section "Development of Hazaribagh" is just like an advertisement for an election campaign. Opening hospitals, is not relevant information keeping in mind he is a politician and would have inaugurated many schemes. Ashwanikm190805 (talk) 06:35, 14 March 2021 (UTC)Reply

We can't and shouldn't disregard his academical/professional(career) achievements. Talking about the developmental works that he has carried out in his constituency shouldn't be removed; in such a case you have to tag many articles on Indian Politicians on Wikipedia . I don't see any bias. We are making his biography here we have to include every bit of information. Its unfortunate that few editors have given a political angle to it. By the way will you please explain who are these "some wikipedians. I only see 2 (excluding me) to have at least debated on it.LALAJI1234 (talk) 13:53, 28 October 2021 (UTC)Reply
