I propose deletion of this page based not only on the the questionable notability but also due to the fact that the page is autobiographical. As stated byLargo Plazo stated below, it is inappropriate for an author of a page to judge his own notability. It is also a conflict of interest. (See Wikipedia:Autobiography#Why_these_problems_exist
Notability is subjective as is the "relevance" of the person "for the global scientific community." The academic depicted on this page is virtually unknown outside of his field and/or outside of his country (Sweden). He has not won a Nobel Prize, nor has he even published in the top scientific journals (Science; Nature) that are relevant to all fields. His contributions to the scientific community and to the broader world at large do not merit having a Wikipedia page. Beginning with summer 2016, he now devotes most of his work life as the CEO of LeadCold Reactors, a small start-up company that is unknown outside of Sweden or Canada. I can see your viewpoint. On the other hand, Wikipedia recommends that for Academics, notability does not have to be the subject of secondary sources:
