Talk:Jani Kervinen

First version up edit

  • A crude version, if anything. Discography needs to be completed, for one, and related sites need to be listed (for instance, Kervinen's official homepage, Monster Tunes label page, Jani's Discogs page (or alternatively sub-pages for each release) etc.), related pictures (press photos available on Jani's homepage), and last but not least, an infobox. Needs sources edit

  • Could you please cite your information to reliable independent sources? This is a requirement for all Wikipedia articles so that we all know that the information is true and verifiable. See WP:RS for guidelines on what should be considered reliable. Thanks! Wickethewok 00:32, 29 August 2007 (UTC)Reply
  • Right... I'll compile a list of referential sites, and once I figure out how to reference to them in a clean format, I'll edit them in.

http://www.mikseri.net/users/?id=38722 (Finnish): Confirms connections to aliases and co-producers of some of the aliases. The artist project are also mentioned in his Biography at his homepage, but it's a bit unclear about the co-producers.
http://www.discogs.com/artist/Jani+Kervinen (English): contains the discography, like said in the article.
http://www.monster-tunes.com/artist_pages/mysteryislands.htm (English): confirms connection with the British label.
http://finnishcharts.com/showitem.asp?interpret=Kaste&titel=Desert+Eagle&cat=s (English): Kaste - Desert Eagle chart success.

As for what I can actually do about confirming EmissioN, the Mikseri.net has a mention of the the artists involved, and a quick excerpt for Helsloot's support, so I hope that suffices. The references for support from Ponticelli will be a bit harder to find, but hopefully Archive.org can help me a bit. The career kickoff paragraph is written based on the information on his Bio page, so it's accurate, I figure. There's a quite a bit of stuff missing, like his engineerings to other artists, Discography entries... So yay. Venire 12:57, 29 August 2007 (UTC)Reply

  • Well, you need to cite your sources in the article. I suggest taking a look at WP:CITE to see how this is done. Wickethewok 14:59, 29 August 2007 (UTC)Reply
  • Okay, there's references added. I'll remove the request for additional sources for now, but if you feel like there's some parts that need additional references, or overall fixing for biased opinions... Venire 16:50, 30 August 2007 (UTC)Reply
