Article needs revision, based on the 2012 NYT article. One owner since ATT, not the hams: "Jeffrey W. Bullis, a Silicon Valley electronics mogul, who bought the property in 2004 for $2 million from AT&T and is now selling it..." --Pete Tillman (talk) 04:57, 19 December 2012 (UTC)Reply
