Date of birth

There is an apparent problem with James's date of birth. James had an older brother George (http://www.eurekapedia.org/George_Scobie; also Peter Fitzsimons "Eureka: The Unfinished Rebellion", William Heinemann Australia, edition of 2013, p.221). George died in 1874 aged 45, according to his tombstone (https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/197997157/george-scobie), which is consistent with the birth year of 1829 in the Eurekapedia entry for George. So James was not born in 1826.
