Fair use rationale for Image:Jcoeur 50f.jpg

Image:Jcoeur 50f.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

French spelling

I don't believe that using French spelling for a name in English is really appropriate. As far as I know, "Coeur" more common in modern English literature.

I agree - the œ, like the æ (and they have names that I've forgotten) are not on any Eng.Lang keyboard, so cut and paste is the only way to use them - which is a pain. Where do we draw a line in the sand - or should we also still use Ð, ð, Þ and þ Dickie 16:31, 8 November 2007 (UTC)
